Rice Omelet (8/15)

Take a cup of cold boiled rice, add a cup of warm milk, 1 tbsp of melted butter, salt, and pepper to the rice, mix well, then add three well-beaten eggs. Put a tablespoonful of butter in a hot skillet, and when it begins to boil pour in the omelet and set the pan in a preheated oven. As soon as it is cooked through, fold it and serve.
